TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following conditions of entry are proposed and details will be printed on all tickets and advertising for the event. These T&Cs are on the TN32 Festival website:

  1. Tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded, or returned after purchase.
  2. The right of admission is reserved.
  3. Management reserve the right to alter or, in the event of adverse weather conditions, to curtail or cancel the performance.
  4. Lost tickets will not be replaced.
  5. No pets are permitted on site unless used for a disability and pre-arranged with the festival.
  6. No glass allowed on site.
  7. Strictly no fireworks, flares, smoke bombs or open fires on site.
  8. Management reserve the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists and to vary the programme if necessary.
  9. You must cooperate with the challenge 25 alcohol purchasing policy. IDs will be checked at the bars
  10. TN32 Festival will not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal items.
  11. No personal food or drink allowed in the arena other than baby/toddler food.
  12. Gates open at 6pm on Friday, at 10am on Saturday and 11am on Sunday. car park opened one hour before gate opening
  13. Public gates shut strictly for entry one hour before the end of each event day: at 11pm Friday & Saturday and 6pm Sunday.
  14. All entering the site are subject to a bag search and in some cases, body search. Banned items will be removed and not returned until the person leaves site.
  15. All vehicles must be parked in designated areas as directed by car park managing agent. No vehicles to be left overnight.
  16. No camper vans or live-in vehicles allowed in the car park. as there is to be no sleeping in the car park
  17. Vehicles parked on the public highway are subject to being towed away.
  18. Ticket holders consent to inclusion in photographic, visual and audio promotion of the festival.
  19. “Chinese lanterns” are not permitted.
  20. Anyone that is caught with an illegal item or controlled substance will be detained and reported to the Police immediately.
  21. ALL ticket holders under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a ticket holding parent or guardian.IDs are checked at the gate to ensure young people are aged 16+
  22. Valid ID for proof of age must have a photo such as a passport or driving license or use of a PASS ID with a hologram
  23. Parents of young children are reminded to protect their hearing when standing near amplified music
  24. If the weather is wet, ground conditions in some areas will be puddled or muddy. It is the ticket holders responsibility to be prepared for the ground conditions. Wear clothes/shoes appropriate for ground conditions. In the event of poor weather move around the site with caution.
  25. Camping Chairs are only permitted in designated areas and not directly in front of stages and will be removed if they are left abandoned.
  26. The use of Drones are prohibited and will be confiscated.
  27. To protect your own safety and those of other guests, please act responsibly
  28. Strobe lighting may be used at the festival
